India, Afghanistan exchanges treaty over Extradition
On Sunday India and Afghanistan exchanged the instruments of ratification on their bilateral extradition treaty.
The Statement said that "The instrument of ratification of Extradition Treaty between the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan and the Republic of India approved and ratified by the relevant authorities of the two governments,"
The documents were exchanged by Afghan Foreign minister Idress Zaman and Indian Ambassador to Kabul Vinay Kumar.
The agreement was signed by the authorized representatives of the two countries in New Delhi in September this year.
